Savory Garlic Roasted Potatoes



These savory garlic roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a delightful flavor of garlic and rosemary.

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes, washed and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally for even cooking

Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot
