Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
Instructions:
Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat
Add a little oil to the grill or pan
The chicken burger patties should be grilled for five to six minutes on each side, or until they are done and the outside has a nice char
Toast the burger buns a little on the grill or in a toaster while the burgers are cooking
Put tomato slices and lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers
After the chicken is cooked, add it on top
You can add ketchup, pickles, or mayonnaise, depending on your taste
Put the other half of the burger bun on top
