Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dairy-free caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 350F 175C and grease a 20x8-inch 8x8-inch baking pan
Put coconut sugar, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking soda in a bowl and mix them together
Take out a different bowl and mix the melted coconut oil, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract with a whisk
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and stir them together until everything is well mixed
Spread out half of the brownie batter in a pan that has been greased
Use half of the caramel sauce and half of the sea salt to cover the top
Spread the rest of the brownie batter on top, and then drizzle more caramel sauce and sea salt over it
To make it look like marble, swirl the caramel into the brownie batter with a toothpick or a knife
In a hot oven, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it
For 10 minutes, let the brownies cool in the pan
Then, take them out and put them on a wire rack to cool completely
After the brownies have cooled, cut them into squares and enjoy!
